We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if we believe it is being used improperly.
Our Services
Mosaic Collaborative Consulting provides consulting and related professional services.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, responsibilities, and other terms may be established through separate proposals, agreements, statements of work, or other written agreements between Mosaic and its clients.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed client agreement, the terms of the executed client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement. In such an event, Texas law shall govern disputes. All disputes shall be subject to a minimum 4-hour mandatory mediation as a condition precedent, with fees split evenly by parties, and by a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Depending on your relationship with Mosaic and the consent you provide, messages may include:
